In order to modernize its SAP platform and ensure continuous support, Sura Chile decided to upgrade its environment to SAP S/4HANA 2022 and adopt SAP Fiori to improve the user experience and optimize its internal processes.

Challenges

Transition to a modern version of SAP and new end-user technologies

Sura Chile’s platform was operating on SAP S/4HANA version 1709, which was about to lose support, representing a risk of technological obsolescence and possible interruptions in its operations.

Adopting SAP Fiori was an additional challenge, as it required managing change and familiarizing end users with a completely new interface.
